    Visit a Coast Life Homes display home or sales centre
    Whether you have searched for us on the internet, read one of our advertisements or been referred by a friend, we invite you to visit one of our display homes or sales centres.
  • Step 2
    Land inspection
    If you already have land we can carry out a complimentary preliminary site inspection.
  • Step 3
    Preliminary estimate
    Once you have a block of land and selected a home design to be built, we can provide you a preliminary estimate for your consideration.
  • Step 4
    Finalising the design, inclusions and contract amount
    We will work with you to finalise what home you want to build incorporating design changes and clearly state what inclusions (e.g. facade style, door furniture, appliances and external finishes) you would like.
  • Step 5
    Building Contract
    Upon your request, we will prepare Building Contracts.
  • Step 6
    Building Approval
    We can submit the building application on your behalf.
  • Step 7
    Selections
    The selection process includes confirmation of the colours and finishes that make up the internal and external aesthetic of the home, and undertaking consultations specifically related to electrical provisions, cabinetry and floor coverings.
  • Step 8
    Finance Approval and Authority to Commence Construction
    After building approval, you'll get copies and appropriate certificates to send to your lender. Your lender finalises the Loan documents and supplies an Authority to Commence Construction.
  • Step 9
    Scheduling
    We then prepare the work and supply orders for trades and materials, and commence scheduling the construction program.
  • Step 10
    Construction
    Throughout construction you will be invited to meet on site at key stages and we will provide regular updates on progress right through to completion.
Even so far away I have been kept informed at every stage and never felt any reason to be concerned.
