Yes, Coast Life Homes has been a proud member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) for the past 15 years. We also hold an open QBCC builders licence (1145260) in Qld.

Building a new home has many variables in regard to construction times. Given no two homes are the same, the length of time to achieve completion varies. We would be better placed to address estimated time frames when discussing your specific design requirements with our sales consultant.
Yes, our site manager will attend your site daily to liaise with trades and suppliers and will be available for our clients to talk with direct. His priority is to schedule the day to day running of your project whilst maintaining the high standards expected of a Coast Life Home. In addition to this, each client receives a written, weekly, update on the progress on their project by our construction manager.
Preliminary works are specific activities that are performed in order to attain the correct information pertaining to a clients block of land and any items that may impact that block and in turn influence the design. The preliminary investigations are paramount in ensuring that the design is suitable and in accordance with all statutory requirements.
Registered land is when the lot is complete and the title has been registered with statutory bodies. Once the land is registered, the purchaser would then settle the balance of monies owed on the block. Generally, a builder is unable to commence building works on a block until such time as it is registered, and the owner has received title.
Yes, we take care of all statutory requirements including council application fees, insurances and QBCC Home Owner Warranty insurance.
Yes, Coast Life Homes provide an in-house design service that allows you to design the home that suits your needs. We don’t believe that “one size fits all” and as such we work with you to achieve the personalised design you have been looking for. Designing a new home requires a great deal of experience and knowledge and as such Coast life Homes design team are well placed to ensure the design meets the requirements of your brief.
