At Coast Life Homes we provide responsibly sourced, H2 treated timber framing products as a standard in all our homes.
H2 treated timber has been pressure treated to protect against insects and in particular Termites. Timber is the often described as the “Ultimate Renewable” given its absorption of Carbon Monoxide and its ability to store carbon for ever whilst being re grown with ease. Responsibly sourced timber also contributes economically to many rural and regional communities and by using responsibly sourced timber, we are contributing to our environmental commitments whilst providing a product that last’s a lifetime.
