Coast Life Homes Display Home Officially Opens

Back on the 2nd of October 2022 we had a soft opening of our new display home in the Stockland Aura Display Village.

The official opening of the Stockland Aura Display Village though was on the Saturday 26th of November with a big celebration of live entertainment, food trucks and bar and much more from 5pm to 8.30pm.

The Malibu 223 Display Home since being opened to the public has received incredible feedback; “a great use of space”, “lovely natural light”, “styling is fresh and amazing”, “it invites you in”!

Below is a bit of a breakdown of our Malibu 223 Display Home.

  • 4 bedrooms
  • 2 living area’s
  • 2 bathrooms
  • High ceilings
  • Open plan
  • Bathroom to be a wet room
  • Mud room
  • Practical, functional and affordable

The focus of the Malibu design was to create a home that met all the requirements of living on the ”Sunshine Coast” Queensland whilst meeting the needs of a modern family. The brief for the Malibu design included functionality, affordability and open plan living. By creating an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, entertaining is easy. The flow from the outside in allows for entertaining both under the patio overlooking the pool or inside in the generous living area. The creation of a mud room was to create a space where the kids could drop off their school bags and shoes before transitioning into the main living area. The high ceilings and oversized bedrooms create a feeling of space and freshness. In addition to the bathrooms being generous in size and practical in nature, they were also designed to be a major feature of the home and this was created by designing a wet room for the main bathroom featuring brushed gold fittings and accessories, a freestanding bath and oversized clear glass screen. Overall, the Malibu design meets the requirements set out in the brief whilst creating the perfect family home.
